Hi, im 13 and ive read off here just looking for some help. Earlier on i pulled back my 4 skin, and its been painfull every time i try and when i did theres a bit of skin coming off the end of me bellend conecting to my 4 skin. Is this normal?, dont mean to be weird. Please help

The connecting tissue is called the frenulum. It is normal and supposed to be here. You can look it up on the internet.
