Hi i am 20 (1997) years old and my penis was healthy i can pull it back properly but last summers 2016 i suffered from tight foreskin but in winters 2016 this problem gone away now in summers 17 my fore sking is getting tight again i dont know why this problem happend to me because my skin was very good before no i am getting this problem any solutions ?plz help.me
