Hi I'm 15 and the foreskin on my penis won't go back when I get an erection I have no problem with this when I'm not erected. What should i do?

You need to determine this to be able to figure out what to do.
If it's because the hole in the tip isn't large enough, you just need to keep pulling it back to stretch it. You can also insert two fingers in the tip while in the shower and pulling apart to stretch it. Do it as much as you can and hold it for as long as you can each time. It may take months to get it open far enough to slide back easily but it's worth it.
If your frenulum is what's keeping it from going back you may need to have it cut by a doctor. I can't tell you to do it yourself but I can tell you mine tore on it's own.
