I have ripped my frenulum (think that is how you spell it) and I left it to heal, it is however not really there anymore due to the rip.
Anyhow I had sex the other day for the first time in many months (due to letting it heal) and it ripped a little again.
However I also noticed that all the way around the shaft under the head there was a tiny rip/cut, as if someone had gone arond under the lip of the head and cut it... Does anyone know anything about this? Is it because the frenulum is not there anymore to retract the foreskin properly...
Thankyou

Hmmm, I am not sure what the cut is all about but I was wondering why wouldn’t you see an urologist and have that frenulum fixed, otherwise it will be ripping and ripping all over again.
I also had frenulum breve and I hated the thought that sex won’t be as good as it should because I will hurt and I knew that sex was definitely not about hurting.
I saw a doc and he suggested frenuloplasty and I accepted it, no question asked as I wanted to be pain free and the doc said it would probably just get worse.
I was under general anesthesia and felt nothing. There was no pain afterwards, just a bit of irritability. I had bruising on my penis and stitches, but they were dissolvable and gone in 7 days. I was actually as good as new 7 days after.
There is almost no risk in this procedure….exept for the anesthesia as there is only frenulum to be cut, clipped and tied and that’s it. I would suggest you saw an urologist and see what he has to say about it.
