Guys don't worry about sensitivity, it is normal to feel really sensitive for first few days and the white substance that has accumulated is just smegma which is also normal, just wash it away

Hi there, I am 23 years old now. I first retracted my penis at 20. When I first retracted fully. I saw white smegma, dry and semi wet. And I touched it, omg it was worst nightmare.. The pain I can't bear it. After that for the first 2 month I will wash my glans with just water ,dont splash water, dont shower it, I dint even use soap bar to clean it, cuz it pains while touching. Later it becomes rosey red color. After 1year I was able to retract my penis and I will go to college putting it inside my briefs. The friction makes it more painer but u will enjoy it. Later after 2yrs, u won't believe it. I was able to rub my glans in my underwear.. No pain at all. And my penis is 6" when flaccid. So it kinda retract always now. I'm 14 years old and I retracted my foreskin for the first time over a year ago, and I did it again 3 times recently and each time it really is quite tight and there seems to be some kind of thick red ring going all the way around, underneath the head of my penis. When my foreskin is retracted and I feel the underneath of my head with my fingers the ring doesn't seem to feel like it's there, but when I retract it occasionally then the ring is there. When it is retracted a stinging feeling occurs all around the ring (under the head of the penis) which is most noticeable when fully errect. PLEASE HELP!!

As a 15 year old right now, I had the same problem at your age. Though I still do in a way, but as long as you pull it back while not erect slightly more everyday, it will hurt less and less. Then you'll notice the pain from touching the bare head of the penis. This is my problem right now, which is why I came here.

If you also try pulling your foreskin back when your erect it will help stretch it more and make it easier to pull back when your penis is flaccid, as for making the glands less sensitive to touch try to clean regular and keep your foreskin back as much as possible to let the glands dry out that way the skin that covers them will thicken up and become less sensitive :)

Hey man! I had the same problem, just put allot of lotion so it can slip back, at first I was getting scared too but this helped me get it back. Applied lotion and kept rubbing it back up and eventually got back in place, if it doesn't work then head to the doctors.

I'm currently 14 and I'm not sure how far I should pull mine back. It's loose and I can pull it back quite a bit until it starts feeling uncomfortable and I can't get erect for a while after. I know I can pull it back further but I'm quite scared of hurting my self. Can anyone tell me how far I can actually pull it? I know I am supposedly able to pull it behind my glads but I'm childishly afraid that my penis will drop out or some sh*t. That can't actually happen if I pull it too far right?
