I am 17 years old and have a problem with my foreskin. It will not retract at all even when flacid. I have also noticed that when I do try to retact the foreskin there are small kinda like spots on it.
I am going to the doctors soon but was wondering if anyone knew what my problem is?

I am 14, and I can retract my foreskin a bit when erect.
I am always just pushing it back a little bit each night in the shower.
I am not sure what the spots are, but you should definatly see a doctor about it.
