i found a lump last night wasnt on my testicles it was floating a round my sack was rough and saw sensitive and tender when i was feeling it tryed to feel for it again to day but not there also have pins and needles in right hand and its a bit stif dont know weather these things are conected
hey man, the good news is that free floating lumps are normally nothing to be too concerned about as long as they are not attached to the testical. They are probably just cysts. however can you describe more about the pins and needles and stiff hand?? I would suggest getting the lumps in your scrotum checked out just to be sure but i'm pretty sure they are nothing to worry about. how long have you had them? did they increase in size all of the sudden, how fast did they develope and do you check your self for lumps regularly?
