You describe what is happening to me exactly!
I started getting sick 16 months ago and have been in emergency department minimum 20 times. Keep being sent away saying im not having a heart attack. No gallstones, bloods normal, ultrasound normal, endoscope normal.
I have a pain that varies in intensity on my right side, under my rib cage in the place of my liver. I suffer spasms in that area that feel kind of like heart palpitations, pain in my back on the right side and it feels like ive been speared through my abdomen and out of my back when the pain is especially bad. Im also suffering some dizzyness and anxiety now. I also belch a lot even when i havent eaten. The pain doesnt really go away now, its there pretty much all of the time but with varying intensity. Some days i can function and other days i am house bound. Im 34 year old male that was very fit and active until this started. Its ruining my life and its really scary not knowing exactly what is going on.
I now take Codeine daily which helped in the beginning but now doesnt do much at all other that make me constipated.
I have a laparoscomy booked for 2 weeks time and it cant come soon enough. It is explorative but the consultant asked if i wanted my gallbladder removed. My reply was that if thats the problem then yes but im not a doctor so i dont know.
It takes so long in the UK on the NHS to get help with something like this. Ive seen a couple of really good helpful doctors but dozens who have made me feel like im just imagining things. I hope this laparoscomy reveals the problem.

First of all, what is BPPV? I know I am have gallbladder problems, and just lately, but before this, I had dyspepsia; you will have to look it up; a lot of symptoms of a bad gallbladder, but the difference is that I was not nauseated, but I am now, and so dizzy, I feel like I am having a panic attack, which I have had too many before; this is scary because I have a bad heart, too, so I don't know if I should go to the ER again because they know I have all these panic attacks, and they think nothing is wrong with me, if you know what I mean.

Go to a functional medicine doctor, or a good naturopath. My husband had the same issues and is being successfully treated by alternative medicine. It can be anything from bacterial overgrowth in the intestinal tract, to amoebas in the liver. Change your diet. Go off wheat gluten, sugar, and dairy to see if that helps. It was an osteopath who had sent us. Best thing she ever did for her patients.
