I too am having gallbladder issues.. In the morning first thing I drink sping water warmed with lemon juice does seem to get my stomach working in the morning...As long as I have gut sound growling and stuff my belly feels better.Dr.says I have gallstones and need my gallbladder removed from ultrasound results..I have been drinking apple juice fresh pressed and apple cider vinegar with the mother twice a day trying to desolve the stones...About a 1/2 hour before I eat anything I eat a 1/4 of a green apple ...That has stopped the severe attacks but still have the just don't feel well feeling...I also had an episode this last week and had to go to the emergency room.. Bad bad spinning fast/ dizziness and throwing up bile... they said blood work checked out good and that it was positional vertigo... I think it has to do with my gallbladder.. They didn't think so but I do... I have a very bad bad pain in my back almost all the time.. Sleep is not good most nights and feel very fatigued most of the time..Can't eat much of anything either and have loss of appetite.. But the green apple does help me so far to keep from having those horrible horrific gallbladder attacks...I also have constipation and have for quite a few years... Having been suffering with this for almost 5 months now... I want my life back...

I too have had a hydascan, ultrasound, blood tests, etc. Been in the ER by ambulance. All tests tell me I have an underfunctioning, spastic gall bladder with no stones. No problems with spleen, kidneys, heart, lungs. Fatty liver probably functioning with cirrhosis. Got dizzy, blood pressure dropped and almost passed out at work 6 weeks ago. ER told me it was another gall bladder hiccup. Now, I have dizzy spells, sweats, back pain when upright only. When I sit or recline I'm o.k. No problem driving. Need to get it taken care of before school begins for the fall. Will doctors override blood tests and just take out the gall bladder to try and solve a problem?

I have been having the same symptoms for over a year. All of my tests come back negative. Try and get a GI or primary care doctor refer you to a surgeon. In my case I think it was helpful that I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsies. Since those were negative the surgeon I spoke to didn't suspect anything like celiac, chrons, ulcers etc. I am having my gallbladder out tomorrow. It can sometimes be tough to get a surgeon on board when their are no stones, inflammation or low ejection rate factor. In my case I had an ejection rate factor of 100%. The surgeon I went to didn't acknowledge that to be a problem but I have read posts and studies from doctors who feel differently about that. I had a list ready of a couple of doctors who were willing to take atypical results and symptoms into consideration. Thankfully the first surgeon I went to was willing to give surgery a try. I will post in the next couple of weeks and let you know what happens after surgery.

I have that dizziness too and was super sick this past week with some kind of contractions in my stomach area - I bet it was the spastic gall bladder. I can't eat anything now - vegetables and perhaps chicken with out feeling lousy. It's awful.

Have you had your thyroid checked? That is your bodies thermostat. It regulates a lot in your body.
Have your T3 and T4 checked, not just tsh.
Also, you may have a food allergy that you keep having because you may be eating the same food that is giving you problems. do a food diary.with your symptoms good luck
