I'm not a doctor or anything of the sort but I came to this site to see if I could confirm something that I noticed recently.
I also have dizzy spells from time to time and I was once told by an herbalist that I might have gall bladder issues. Not at all scientific, but it's why I searched for this in a weird way. Read on.
Anyway, last two weeks I have done the "salt water cleanse" one or two days per week because I was conspitated. Not really constipated just that I felt full all the time, like my digestion was really slow. What I noticed was that my dizziness went away immedately after doing the salt water cleanse. I didn't and don't understand it but it was definitely the case.
Also, I am now having a little fresh ginger tea every day with honey. That seems to help with the conspitation and dizziness, too.
Since ginger is supposed to help wiht gall bladder stuff I googled "gall bladder dizziness" and came to this page, with people who seem to have the same symptoms I had: dizziness, constipation.
So I wanted to share my solution by sharing that ginger tea with honey (chop up fresh ginger, press a little in a garlic press for the oil and the rest goes in a tea ball in hot water) helps. Also (and even more than the ginger), a liter of very warm water with two teaspoons of himalayan sea salt definitely cleaned me out and helped with the conspitation and - really surprisingly - with the dizziness. You can google "salt water cleanse" and find good info. The best thing is that other than buying a good salt, it's free. I used pink himalayan salt, but again it's only two teaspoons so it's cheap.
My hypothesis is that these two things (salt water cleanse and ginger tea) help the gall bladder in some way. I think maybe the salt just cleans things out down there so the gall bladder can do its job, and the ginger maybe does the same and also stimulates purging of stuff including cholesterol. Why on earth that would help wiht dizziness I don't know and I don't really care because it seems to work.
I hope that helps.

I have gastroparesis. Lately the reglan I was taking is not working. Have had vertigo problems for 2 months now. Not dizzy anymore. Just lightheaded. I would like the name of the dr that helped you. Thanks you so much
