Hi am 13 and I think I have genital warts but am not sure I have white lumps not massive but am worrying if I do there are on me penis but not on the tip they are near the testicals please help me
What you describe sounds more like overactive sebaceous glands – the tissue that makes the oils that keep skin lubricated. A build-up of sebum can cause whitish spots or bumps.
