I am 15 years old. 5'6 at a weight of 153lbs. I go to the gym atleast two times a week or more. I bench 146lbs and max out at 185lbs. I curl 35-40lbs. I run atleast 1-2 miles and i stretch at the end of those days I go to the gym. My mom is 5'1 and my dad is 5'8. I want to grow taller because my friends are all taller than me and I am tired of them teasing me. Please help if there is any way. I already eat healthy and try and stay away from fat foods and candy.
Dude I am also 15 year old my height is 5.6 and we can do just one thing cycling and hanging on ro just to things we can do.
