an awesome way to do that is to lie down on your back take your middle and ring finger and insert them in your vagina and push up into you towards your belly button. make sure your palm is flat on your body. keep sliding in in sort of a circular motion. pretend like you are rubbing an itch or something. you should feel a pleasurable pressure. everybody is different, but i've found that a steady almost vigorous pace works the best. soon you will get a sensation like you have to urinate. you will want to stop cause it will feel funny but push yourself and keep going. then you should squirt.
