A 13 year-old girl from Hajaribagh in Jharkhand was admitted to AIMMS' R.P. Centre of Ophthalmology where tests will be conducted to determine what could be going on. She reported passing stones instead of tears while crying and even brought the colored stones to show. She says she has been passing stones for the last two years.

Doctors found no stones in her tears but did run into wax during the initial investigation. They didn’t detect any irregularities or problems in her eyes. However, they will keep the girl for further investigation and will perform some tests on the stones she brought.

She will be admitted to a special ward and will be studied and treated for free since her case is so unique.
Her parent said that she had undergone a surgery, which was no success as the stones kept on rolling instead of tears.
