Anyone here that using glucometer has any tips how often I should use it. I just bought it and I am not sure how often during the day I need to measure.
I bought a glucometer what diabetics use for random blood sugar testing. I have been monitoring my own blood sugar upon awakening in the morning, 1 hour and 2 hours after meals. At first I was testing my blood 4-6 times daily. Now I check in a few times a week.
