Does alfalfa contain gluten? I have gluten intolerance and I'm very sensitive even when a product containg gluten is used on the skin. I have a horse and noticed after feeding I seem to have a gluten breakout.

I think that alfalfa is a gluten free. I think that you have to be very careful what you eat when you have gluten intolerance. I am not sure all the food that contains gluten, but a lot of dishes have gluten as a supplement. How long have you been having this problem? Can you tell me more about your usual diet. I know that many people have intolerance when it comes to gluten but the reactions are really not that noticeable. Can you tell me what happens when you eat something that contains gluten?
