hiya im 4ft 11 i weigh 5st 6pounds im going through a really tough time at the moment and i starved myself for 3 days i ate a little bit for the first time today im now in a panic feel really sick and paranoid about the way i look i know this is my own fault i got this way but really could do wth some advice on what maybe a good way to start eating and exercise on a daily basis i havent been out of the house lately an not getting much exersise as im really depressed and going through a bad break up im 25 years old any comments id b greatfull thankyou
