Every woman is different. For example, some women have what would be considered an excessive amount of vaginal discharge, but that is normal for them. You have to know what's normal for you. In addition, all bumps, don't mean infection. By the same token, these are important questions to write down and take to your gynecologist. immediately. Do you practice safe sex? What's "normal" for you? Describe the bumps (hard, soft, painful, open sores, etc.). If you are sexually active, but do not see a gyn regularly, you are putting yourself at additional risk. Don't do guess work about this and don't expose anyone else to your situation until you get a clean bill of health. Don't put your long-term health at risk. See a gynecologist. Good luck !
