First of all I am SO thankful to have found this website and secondly thank you to the woman who posted this picture. I had this same thing happen yesterday afternoon. At first I thought it was dye from a paper-plate or a paper towel. Then I blamed it on eating bacon and perhaps the nitrates reacted with the silver jewelry I had on ,but when I saw everyone's posts-goodness. I am not on any meds nor did I experience a drastic change in temps. Thankfully, I showed it to my family and then when I washed my hands-the soap suds turned a bluish color-I do have pictures of where I dried my hands-a definite navy color but my hands looked like they had newspaper print all over them-grayish/blackish before I washed them. It came back but looked less intense-more like the hands in this picture. I took all my jewelry off. It did not come back.Very strange-no other symptoms-no swelling/tingling/itchy-nothing else only discoloration.
I'm on blood pressure meds, prozac for depression, and vitamin D and have been taking these for some time. So, not likely in my mind that the drugs are having this effect - but hay, who knows?
Hope someone here has a breakthrough in understanding what we are all experiencing... Best to you all!
