I have a similar problem and it is every morning. I am coughing up lime green to dark green phlegm and I get so weak I have to rest about every 10 feet. I can't finish a shower or finishing shaving without having to prop my upper torso up because I can't hold it up. This happens mostly in the morning but sometimes during the day as well.
