I have been to a chiro where he took xrays showing right side of spine is "bone on bone"...(Dr.:"doesn't that hurt?") Me: no that pain is in the left upper inner area of the thigh, I have diabetes, use insulin, keep fair control :150- 175 at worst, but have had the pain over a year have to constantly change sitting positions, move from standing to sitting to standing at least every 20 min. One Dr sez "twisted femur" Two others say diabetic neuropathy. I don't personally see how both legs will ever be the same lenth again making it possible to walk without a limp & sometimes a cane.
Any help? Regards Diana

Hi Diana,
I too have groin pain issues, and have found out that it is a result of facet joint sysdrome. In my case the facet joints in my lower back are deteriorating and causing pain that radiates through my hip to the top of my leg / groin area. I have had successful facet joint injections recently that have helped me considerably. I do have other issues with my back, so it may not be the same situation with yours, but I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it might help you.
