I had an abortion almost 3 weeks ago. Im still bleeding moderately but im mostly pain free. The abortion clinic said to wait 4 weeks before any sex or exersizing but i was just wondering if you have to really wait the full 4 weeks or if its just overly cautious.
If i where you I would kinda wait, never know what can happen
