The home test is reliable 21 days after last sex. A blood test would be reliable a few days earlier.

CD9 of a 28-day cycle was not likely to have been a fertile day. Your UPTs are negative, so it is quite conclusive that you are not pregnant. However, if your period has not started in another 21 days, I suggest a medical check-up. The i-pill does affect your cycle, but I would expect you to have a period before 3 months after you took the i-pill.

Hi its been 86 days since LMP now. Is somethng wrong with me? Will i face problem getting pregnant in my future? I am so worried.

There have been similar posts, so I hope I have got your details straight (using a 'name' is always helpful).

I think your LMP started on 1 May, and you took the i-pill on 10 May. I would expect your period to have started within 3 'months' from taking the i-pill. That would mean by about 2 Aug (7 day's time). It is possible you may have problems getting pregnant in the future; that is one of the possible problems from using EC pills. However, it may be that over time your system will recover and settle down.

If you haven't had a period by mid-Aug, I suggest a medical check-up.

Hello. I have taken ipill and missed period. Tested blood hcg after 5 weeks after intercourse. The result was less than 1.2. Is this conclusive or is more test needed?
Also is there chance of ectopic pregnancy?

The blood test would be conclusive. An ectopic pregnancy would have shown increased hCG levels..

Is 5 week sufficient for rise of hcg?

Yes, you're right. Thank you. I am getting period like pains in legs, back and stomach which lasted for last 2 days but there was no period. Can it be pregnancy related? Any advise you can give?

5 weeks after the last intercourse should be OK. You didn't give the dates of (1) sex (2) i-pill taken (3) LMP date (4) expected period date. What is your usual cycle length?

I doubt very much it could be pregnancy related. Have you had sex since 10 May?

Reply
Here are dates as requested. Very kind of you.

1. Sex 20 may
2. Ipill 21 may
3. Lmp 12 may
4. Expected period on 9 june (26 day cycle length)

No not since that day

If your LMP was 12 May, with a 26-day period your expected period would have been 7 June (not 9 June)! Nevertheless, if 20 May was the only day you had sex, then you should be OK.

Then if 10 May was the only time you had sex, it should be OK.
