Had period for three weeks. Does that mean my ovary cyst ruptured?

Hi I have had my period for three weeks and after I got off it I had more bleeding the week after and I’m wondering if I’m pregnant or my ovary cyst ruptured it hurts on left and right side not just my right side and I just puked a few days ago and I been feeling nausea too
