My fiance was home for a week from the 29th of April till May 5th. We did have sex but a few days before he left I started to have some small stomach pains. Then the last 2 days I have been feeling sick to my stomach and yesterday had some reddish brown discharge. I am not suppose to start my period for 2 more weeks. It is very hard for me to get comfortable when I sleep and I cannot stop eating. Can it be possible that I am pregnant???
It's possible. It may be some implantation bleeding that you're seeing.
Your other symptoms aren't specific enough. Take a HPT when your period is due to confirm.

I toss and turn all night and never get enough sleep at all. I am always eating odd things like today I ate pickles with bbq sauce. and i have not gotten sick yet but i always feel like im going to get sick. the spotting is slowly stopping and im not spotting like i was yesterday. but it is lighter today.
Take the HPT when you can. It's the best way to know for sure.
