I had a operation on my left foot, they removed the bunion and put wires in 4 of my toes, it is now 1 month ago and everything is going very well. I would like someone to tell me how long will it take for the pins to come loose, as I am going on a boat trip on the 11th Jan 2013 and don't want to have pins and stitches? I have to see the Dr on the 8th Jan 2013, then it will be 6 weeks, I don't mind wearing sandals, but I don't want to be bandaged etc. Thanks Dezi
