Last Wednesday I was hit right above my right eye with a hammer causing horrible pain in my ears and throat that I thought was just allergies after a few days of self treating and no improvement I went to the emergency room. There I found out it was a nerve I hit now my hands have been numb and sharp pains in my two fingers bettween my punky and pointer finger sometimes shooting up my arm it has been constant since Sunday night and it is now TUesday what do I do

Did you get any painkillers? If not, than you must ask for them. Describe pain intensity to doctor to be sure that he/she will give you some pain relievers. Try to massage injured place. If you are not sure how, find someone who knows. Change arm position often, because numbness can be eased up with that easy trick.
You said "after a few days of self treating". How did you treated yourself?
Have you tried any form of exercise to loosen injured nerve? You can also try a hydro massage which can be performed at the house. Just use your shower and point water stream onto injured body part. Mix with hot and cold water for 10-15 minutes.
