hard at the bottom of stomach but still bleeding

Hi My last proper period was 16th June, me and my bf have regular intercourse unprotected as we are trying for a baby however each month i start bleeding and we both then think im not pregnant but recently my stomach is hard and the bleeding comes earlier and earlier, we are getting worried about it now can anyone help us ?
