I know I am not going to be much help to you But I sure hope that someone with real knowledge would reply to your question.
In the past, I would say that it has happened twice before and both time, after a while and some time not playing around down there it just went away.
But I can't say if that is the right way to handle it.

Its probobly some kind of hemorrhoid.
I fist my self about 5 times a day , I have one. Last month I went to the doctor and they sead hemorrhoids.
