Hi I have and a very hard bump about the size of a BB on my right testicle which is very painful to touch I also have one on my left testicle that is not as painful. I noticed about 3 days ago my right one was swollen and hurt this is starting to concern me..
i would get them checed out asap. they could be nothing but they still need to be examined by your family doctor...
