Sex is not a thing you do because u can do it, sex should be about the passion and love shared between two people. try not having sex for a few days and the same with masturbation. When sex becomes to often men dont get a aroused as they think they are, all because the penis is hard doesnt mean that u are aroused. its like playing with your penis for a while as u watch tv, ur not thinking sexual ur just playing with it because u can, its just hard and not aroused... all because the woman does something, like oral or a masterbates you before sex doesnt mean your aroused, you like what she was doing only for the fact ur penis got hard. you mind has to be aroused a long with your penis.try not have sex or masturbating for a few days and maybe try longer foreplay....
