I started feeling unwell 5/6 days ago, have been spotting dark blood even though normally my periods start quickly and are red. Two days ago I expelled a huge blood clot with what seemed to be tougher yellow/clearish tissue attached in it. I'm still spotting and I've been getting almost contracting stomach pains which have stopped me sleeping and caused pain in my vagina and lower stomach.
I had an implant put in two and a bit weeks ago, could this have caused a miscarriage if I had been pregnant without realising? I had unprotected sex through November and December, embarrassingly enough.
I'm not trying to get pregnant but I would like to know if I had a miscarriage, otherwise I have to re-diagnose my stomach pains.

See your doctor. You could be describing a miscarriage. They can run some blood tests and determine if you were pregnant or not. You could also take a home test, it would still indicate a pregnancy.
