i was on the depo for about 4 r 5 years ive been off for almost 19 months my cycle is normal every month but i dont no if i am ovulating are not any advice would be great
hi I am pregnant with my 6th child, if you haven't already done this then buy an ovulation kit and a basal thermometer either one should be able to tell you if you are ovulating or not... hope this helps
