For about a month and a half, I've been having the same problem every time I ejaculated: I will continue to ejaculate after orgasm, often for several minutes at a time. After the initial orgasm, I will continue to eject sperm, albiet at a fairly slow rate. There is usually about one to two minutes between each one, and it usually lasts up to ten minutes.
I'd also like to point out that I've found a lump on my right testicle and have already displayed several symptoms related to testicular cancer (hardening of the testicle; extra sensitivity; dull, constant ache; an increase in the size of one of my testicles) and will be visiting a GP next week. For now, however, I just wanted to know if this is another problem I should be worried about, since this never happened to me before now.
I have not been circumcised and I have not been sexually active recently.
