Lube should make things easier for you. If you have only had sex a few times then it is quite possible that he is still a little shy in, or around, you sexually. If this is the case, once he begins to relax he will more likely get off sooner. A blowjob for a little while (not to completion) before sex should also get him off faster once the main event starts.
