Hey there,
I have a on going problem. it is not constant on daily basis, but it burst out form time to time. It feels like my hear flutters. It begins rapidly bumping- very, very fast, like I am running, but actually I am sitting or even lying down. I can feel my veins bumping because of rapid heart beat. Besides that, when this happens, I can hardly breathe- I can only take air with very small breathes. This really scares me… I mean I am only 18 and this heart condition isn’t supposed to happen now, right. It also doesn’t happen very often, maybe once a month or two months and it lasts for few minutes, but it scares the s… out of me.

Hello,
I think I know what is wrong with you… you have mild condition of arrhythmia. This means your hart is bumping uneven. It can be very stressful, I know, I had this too, at least I think it was. However, I also had it around my 18 and it was also very rare, but it was happening and it certainly isn’t a joy having it. I am 25 now and it is completely gone, I haven’t had it for more than 2 years. I wasn’t at doctors for this problem, but my friend, who has some real problems with her heart (she is the same age as I am), told me, lots of young women have this problem with arrhythmia, and this is nothing to be worried about. On the other hand, if you are still worried, go and see a doctor.
Hope you’ll be fine and healthy!
