Hey there,
I am 32 and have this heart palpetaions. It happens when I walk or when I am sitting, what I want to say, it doesn’t happen when I run…this if for sure a disorder. I also have low pressure, so maybe is that it… Otherwise, I live a healthy life, do not smoke or drink alcohol or use drugs, and I do regular exercises.

Hey there,
I think you should see a cardiologist. These heart palpitations may not be dangerous, but you never know. You say your blood pressure is low… this might be a cause… your heart has to work harder to keep your body supplied with energy (oxygen). See a specialist, this kind of things have to be examined by doctors.
Best wishes!
