Red meat is not the culprit. Sugar and carbs are the main culprit. Stay away from processed food though. We are not evolved to use sugar. It is poison.

I am a 20 years old boy. I have smoked weed for 3 years regularly. Now my hypertension had increased. Will my heart rate decrease if I stop smoking weed? How long until it decreases?
