This is completely normal. The semen coming out is pre-ejaculation, otherwise commonly known as 'pre-cum'. It will come out while your having sex, or in this case, while you are masterbating and then following you will ejaculate and experience your orgasm, all normal!
Not having wet dreams is also normal if you are masterbating. You may or may not have wet dreams, its not a developing phase that you need to go through to become a mature sexually healthy adult. If you stop masterbating, that is completely stop, then your chance for having a wet dream will greatly increase.
There are a few different ways to masterbate. But all will be a bit awkward.
Try the overhand method instead of the underhand, Use your left hand instead of right, Reach your hand behind you and bring it up between your legs from underneath. Or you could sit on your hand until it falls asleep, and then start masterbating. It feels like someone else is doing it for you, again, all a bit akward lol. Other than that having sex is another option, but Im guessing your still young
