I’ve been having problems with constipation for quite some time and to be honest I kind of expected hemorrhoids. I can’t say I am pleased I was right. I tried adding fiber into my nutrition but honestly, I am male, and I live alone, so I usually eat out or make something quickly. Also, I am not much of a water drinker. I think these are external because I can feel them. They do hurt and bleed when I have bowel movements. I reckon I should get rid of them. What is the best way to get rid of them?

Once you get rid of your hemorrhoids, I would suggest you paid more attention to your nutrition, because it is possible to prevent hemorrhoids, exactly with what you mentioned-fiber and water intake. I usually do a rubber-band therapy. I see a doc, and he takes care of them. I would suggest you went to a doc, have them checked and then talked to your doctor about possible options.
