Ive noticed recently that my anus itches a bit & thought it was just a hemmrhoid flaring. But then I noticed a small growth and examined further. It resembles a 'skin tag' with a kind of warty growth at the end. Very small and soft. Not hard like one would think of a wart. Does this sound more like genital warts or can a hemmrhoid take on this appearance.
