Hey I am 17 and am trying to lose weight but get stuck when it comes to meal times. I am a vegetarian which for me makes it even more difficult as sometimes I skip meals because I cannot find anything that's healthy to eat. I really want to get fit and improve my lifestyle before its too late so all suggestions are appreciated!

Quorn mince, Quorn sausages, quorn/veggie fingers.. with hand full of oven chips, rice or mash, smaller portions and being vegetarian is a massive help all the Quorn is healthier less fat. I have lost weight by just cutting meal sizes. Im pescetarian so I eat lots of fish. But lots of vegetables with meals will fill you up if meals are to small. Dont forget treat yourself sometimes otherwise you will hate dieting. Treated myself once a month n felt great cause I was losing and I deserved that well worth treat Good luck
