Hi ALL...I am Bali,

Hey Bali I am a newbie here too I only came on here today.I just wonderd weather you know about this stuff on my hand?it's only on my left hand its gone all dry and lastnight it had red stuff come up on a bit of my hand?please help if you know what this Is or how you know to get rid of it.I'll be really greatful if u did know and told me.I will rate you.
