hiiii friends,
i am 20 years old..my height is 5ft 10 inchs and my weight is only 57 kgs...
i want to gain little bit mass as well as i want to gain 10 kgs within 3-4 months...i dont hit the gyms..
is it possible 2 gain that much amount of weight and mass?
please help me out...
hi you can eat more junk food and try to move less that will do it
