HEY MAN I AM ALSO 12 ANDI ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM I LOOK VERY FAT BUT I SWIMMING FIRST I THOUGHT EVERY ONE IS LAUGHING BUT THEN I REALISED NO ONE BOTHERS ME AND I WORKED HARD I ATE HEALTH FOOD WITHOUT WHEAT RICE ECT AND INCLUDED MORE VEGETABLES ,DAL ECT I STARTED TO LOOS WEIGHT YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME THE RESULTS ARE FIRST SLOW THIS IF YOU CONTINU IT WILL BE BEOCOME VERE FAST ONLY GIVE 1HR SWIMMING THAT IS IT

I was uncomfortable about my body, too. I am almost thirteen and I weigh 124.5 pounds, but I am 5 foot 8, so I have a normal body mass index. Please don't ever start an eating disorder. I tried to make myself bulmic, but that didn't really work and has awful effects on your body. I think that I have a 'big but' and 'fat legs' and I was uncomfortable about that for a long time. Try and eat vegetables and fruits, and cut out soda- just drink water, you will be stunned on how much this works. You're beautiful the way you are- just be confident and love yourself!

Look i am 12 yrs old to and i used to weigh 144 but i am 5 ft 4in ask your doctor how much you should loose . when i asked my doctor he told me that because of my height and the amount of muscle i have(I play Volleyball for 7 years) he said i should loose 7 pounds i did and i am now 135.

I did this by becoming a vegetarian sorta.

I started to eat a breakfast with a protein and a carbohydrate

(You should eat something small in between meals to keep your metabolism high)

For lunch i only ate salad

and for dinner i had a veggie and a meat and a big salad bowl.

Once you start gradually start decreasing you portion sizes

now i almost don't eat and i have a healthy shape

my doc.. even said it

i am not annorexic and when i get hungry i eat a veggie

but do remember to please yourself with a small treat every once in a while

Ok look, im 12 and i weight 172 pounds! dont sweat it! your fine, your great the way you are, ignore those girls they are jeolas, and ANY guy will love you for the way you are, i am worried about myself and i am trying to loose weight. here are suggestions if you wont listen to me,

1. DONT EAT AT NIGHT, i suggest stop eating after 7:00 and if you get hungry, drink WATER, Water helps your hunger go down.

2. DRINKS LOADS OF WATER, water is very good for you, take it to school! IT HELPS

3. EXERCISE, I suggest just dance, or any type of dancing, sporty game, THEY DROP YOUR WEIGHT FAST!!!!

4. GO OUTSIDE MORE!!! if u have friends nearby, or you dont, go outside and walk, you dont have to run! walking is good too!

And 5. EAT HEALTHY AND AVOID FATTY FOODS! If you eat and drink healthy, i promise your weight will go down!

I Am 12, And Weigh 91 Pounds, At '5,2. When Your Trying To Lose Weight Just Eat A Normal Serving Size Like 1 To 1 and a half scoops. And sometimes its okay to have a cookie, and spoil your selfs, just only spoil yourself once of twice a week.  And replace soda, or juice for water, and potato chips for tortilla chips, brown rice instead of white rice. What i do for my excersice is i walk my dogs with my mom, we have three dogs so 3 x 8 = 24 blocks, 3 times a week =  72 blocks a week ( We walk 8 blocks there and back so ) I run on the treadmill for 15 min. or ride the exercise bick for 20 minutes, i dont sit down on the computer all day. Just remember that everybody is beautiful on the inside and out! :)

I am 13 and at one point I was 132 pounds but now I am 119 but you really can't loose any faster than 2 months but you have to eat your basic vegetables and proiten and if u like to eat which I do excersise at least 30 mins a day and also do situps for a flat stomach at least 150 a day and you will eventually loose it but you have to stick with it and please don't starve yourself that's not good for you. But it really is true that u are beautiful on the inside and that's really all that counts

I also have the same problem I am 110 and am only 4'9 It helps to know that there r other ppl with the same problem. And I know if we work on it we can all accomplish our goals !we can do this girls

i might look very skinny but i am 4' 10.5'' and i currently weigh 126 pounds oh and i am 13 yrs old and it is mostly on my thighs and arms but ev en on my stomach i have a little bit of fat but one way i know how you can loose weight with it is so hard for me but i tried it and lost 4 pounds in 4 days so thats one pound per day wich isnt bad good luck and if you try it hope it works for you ps today is my birthday 11/26/12

well i sorta kinda have that problem if u stick to it nd do all u can to loose your weight you willim about the same age as you but im not in the exzct same problem as you nobodii calls mii fat but i think i am and i wanna loose weight to i try to eat riight but i juss love junk food bt i know i gotta cut down on it and matter a fact im finna start working out riight now i know im late on responding bt take my advice nd it willl work trust me it wiil work have confidence in yourself

I am 12 years old and weigh 135 pounds. A lot of the girls in my grade are like 90 pounds. My stomach is bumpy and my hip bones stick out. But I don't care! It's who I am! I accept that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will get better. Don't stop eating eat healthier, work out with a friend go for a run when you need fresh air, and when your thinking of watching tv for a day stop and do yoga or go for a run or even just a walk. And if you want to loose weight do crunches planks and yoga look it up on youtube i started doing it today its very relaxing

My son is 12 and only 60 pounds he always wakes up in the morning and runs from a river to the other end our 7 year old neighbor weighs a lot more than him sometimes he likes to lift him and throw him over the yard he only eats 1 meal a day sometimes he doesn't eat anything he weighs less than half of your weight
