Well I Am 11. But In A Month From Today, Febuary 5th, I'll Be 12. I Weigh Like 125 Pounds. My Parents Have Been On Me About Losing Wieght For Probably About 8 Months. It's Hard. I Do 50 Crunches Sometimes 100 Every Night. When I Eat, It's Mostly Healthy. I Don't Starve Myself But Whenever I'm Hungry I Just Think About How I Wanna Lose Wieght And I Totally Forget About Being Hungry. I Totally Understand Where You're Coming From. All My Friends Have Boyfriends. And The Fact That No One Asks Me Out Makes Me Feel Left Out. I Don't Run Though. Whenever You're Over Wieght And You Run, It Puts Stress On Your Joints. I Do Lot Of Exercise And Work My Butt Off In Gym. Especially Since The Guy I Like Is In My Gym Class. If I'm Lazy, He Won't Like That. And To Hell With It, If You Wanna Join The Sports Team, Join The Sports Team! Plus What Helps Me Is My Friends Barely Ever Eat And I'm Constantly With Them. I Won't Eat Unless They Do. So That Helps Maintane My Hunger!

I'm 12 and I am 85lb the average weight 4a 12 yr old is 80-100lb it may not take you a week to lose weight but here is what you can do. I do gymnastics and love to runits my hobby you can start running and do it on a daily basis and then try eating healthy I usually eat a salad a protein and maybe another healthy thing for lunch change and dinner and sometimes a dasert. Excerise in your free time and it doesn't have to be like lifting weights and stuff it could be playing tag or jumping on a trampoline. But not eating isn't healthy. I hope this works. Bye

i am 12 too and i way 144lb and i tryed alot of things 2 just for get about what others will think and just be ur self and dont listen to the bullies cuz they dont mater ur beautiful just the way u r i leaned that the hard way and dont give up :-D

If it is only on your stomach, You don't want to lose weight, you just want to tone your stomach. Atleast twenty situps a day should soon get you there, then start increasing the amount you do, but dont try lose weight!! You are all fine just how you are!

Same here, but im about to be 13, im 124, but for some reason it is showing like if i am a lot more then that. my advice is sensa, maby talk with your parents about it maby u can get it and lose that 30 pounds

in 2011 through the begging of 2012 i was pretty chuncky. Last summer i lost alot of weight and became skinnier. But the past few days ive been bloated (and its not my period.) And a i tryed counting caliories like i used to but its soo hard with eating school food because its so unhealthy. I am also 12 I use to be REALLY fat. I say you don't need sports. I never did sports. Also if you have a wii go buy wii fit plus. Trust me it helps. Also I started going to an exercise place with my mom and sister. We kept pushing each other to do better. Do some crunches every day start with 5 and keep increasing the number. And this might just be what I like to call "baby fat" it fat that a lot of girls carry around there whole childhood but, once you go though puberty a lot of it will come right off. I know how you feel I always finish the mile a whole lap behind everyone else and they always got all the fitness awards when I couldn't even get 1. I hope you get thinner and get that hot guy to notice you!

i know what you are going through. im 12 years old and currently 129.4 pounds its very hard to not be able to walk in the hallway and feel confident about yourself and the way you look. You feel that everyone is looking at you disgustedly and dont want anything to do with you. i feel like i always say that im going on a diet but i always end up going to food as my comfort place. But im trying to loose weight right now and its working out great. ive been told to just make sure that you are not constantly laying on the couch and eating. and if you are very hungry and want to eat make sure to take small portions instead of stuffing yourself. because if you starve later on in the day you will be very hungry and you will end up eating much more calories then you need to. if you eat little by little through out your day you will have more time to loose the caories before you go back to eating again. also make sure to drink a lot of water and excersise. for me im a verry good dancer but i dont want to do dance untill im a little bit more skinny. So in my free time i play music and do my lyrical dancing. so get motivated and try hard and you will get there!
