Im in the same problem I have been bigger my whole life i have a disorder and a hormonal problem. And i was losing tons of weight when I was in public school but I was getting picked on so bad that my mom took me out of public school and put me in homeschooling and then i stated feeling lonely and so I eat and gain alot of weight now just trying to lose it all again and now i finally talk my mom in to putting me bad in to public schooling but honestly like my mom said you will lose inches before you lose pounds and I lose inches and it feels good. And it hard when i walking a store and feel like im getting judged by everyone. And everyday I pray to god and ask him to make me smaller. I dont care about boys i care about my health and it horrible to be 4'11 and weigh alot. It alot if stress. But never give up gota keeps trying think positive.<3 And I got so bad with thinking about everyone judgeing me i starting getting in to drugs and cutting my self but it was stupid good to be clean and stay that way for good! <3

I'm 5'3,12 years old ,and 150.4 lbs so i understand you.I drink smoothies for breakfast with yogurt,fruit,spinach,kale,milk,and ice.It sounds weird but you can' t taste the veggies if u put honey in. For the rest of the day drink water. When you come home from school do sit ups and jumping jacks while you watch t.v ,if you can go for a jog or just run in place for about 30 minutes.hope this helps!

I Know you want to loose weight and so do I.I Weigh 141.0 Pounds and i'm 12 and really tall,so i thought that was normal to weight that much because i'm so tall.But Turns Out It's 20 Pounds Over what I should weigh!I'm Just now starting to work out and I'm so close to quiting and everytime i quit,I eat!But Do Not try starving yourself,I tried that one time and nearly passed out.Remember your beautiful just the way you are,and ignore what other people say,Thats they're Problem.

i'm also 12 n i'm 119lbs! i hav a friend who is way fattier than me but she keeps telling me that i'm the fat one.....that makes me feel worse.............
i'm also vary tall, i mean usually, 12 year old's r used to be 4'10" or something but i'm 5'4" ( in inches). i think that is the cause of me being overweight.............
i keep it a secret and go jogging everyday, thats how i lost 3kgs. it's been only 2 weeks! i guess i work hard!

I have the same problem. Nobody at school tells me I'm fat, except this one boy who called me fatty. :'( I know none of the girls are saing it, but I sense it when they're looking at me that they think it. I've actually been really depressed l8ley. I'm 12 and I weigh 157 lbs. But I'm doing swimming and doing volleyball next year for athletics, so I should lose some weight.

I like to eat greek yogart and also exercise for about 30 mins. I isa hard but i have lost 30, just from doing that it took me a while but it worked!

Hi:-D I have the same problem you do. I am also 12, and I weight around 150 lb. And yes, I too want to lose 30 ibs. I have tried to stop eating so much, but that didn't help. So now I walk a lot, I'm trying to eat healthier foods, and so far I think I'm doing pretty good! Yes, we shouldn't be worrying about our weight, but sometimes worrying is what makes us work harder to succeed. Here are some helpful tips and guidlines that might help you;
-Drink more water
-Eat more fruits and veggies
-Walk, jog, or run at least 3 times each week for an hour or a mile
-Do sit-ups daily (About 15 minutes each day)
-Believe that you can do it!!!
