well basically you cut out all carbs!
NO bread, NO potatoes, NO Junk food,
Well by sticking to that and eating mostly salad, fruits and veggies, you'll lose 5 pounds a week!
Just eating right is the key
and taking Vitamin B
helps metabolism (eat after take it)

i know how you feel alot of you would not call 112 lbs fat but as i started to run i realized i was so out of shape but i pushed myself harder than i thought i could and now i weigh 104.2 lbs just eat fruit drink water at dinner and fast food, practice sports, and think of the body you want to have Good luck i did it so why can't you?

same here... im 12 almost 13 and i wiegh 135Ilbs... everybody tells me im skinny but im just not... i know im not! My aunt told me i might be too stressed out from all my school work, because im a straight A student and everybody expects soo much from me. iv tried excercising but i never finish it out. i feel like a fake idk y though lol

I have the same problem. I am 120 pounds and my belly sticks out and my friends are all really sklinny and im sad too dont be sad it's hard and I can't lose any weight either I always tell myself to do stuff but I never do I have gymnastics and dance for 2 hours total a week and PE but I can't!

erm..... really i am going through the same thing but not really the same thing i am a 12 year old girl and i find going to school really depressing i always look at myself i the mirror seeing how pretty i could be if i was slim, in school there is a nickname one very stupid and ugly boy gave me, guess POT BELLY i feel really embarrassed now thanks to that nook a diddle that name is reining all over the school, the most hurtful my family tell me im fat and i try and try as much as i can to loose as much as possible but don't work what i learnt is that im not fat i am just a little bit chubby because a small body cant fit all my big personalities and if i don't eventually loose any weight i will continue standing by that word and obviously the word of GOD

I'm 12 years old and i'm 125 lb but i don't look that big ppl say but anyway drink lots of water for a week straght and ever night after u eat a light dinner jog in your house or outside where ever u like. The first weeek foe 15 min starght and then second week 20 and thrid week 25 but that the highest and befor u start your workout alway do 30 sit-ups and and strech and after you done with your jog do another 30 sit-up and strech and go to sleep becuz u proBLEY r going to be tired. ALSO IT TAKES TIME SO BE PATIENT AND AFTER A WEEK OR TWO WHAT U GET YOUR SELF SLIMME!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah im 12 too :P i weigh about 125 lb... i would like to get down to 110 - 115 by the middle of June. I found so far that to count or track your calories really helps. I have been doing this for 1 week and i have lost about 1 - 1 1/2 pounds (havent taken the exact weight yet) What helps me is to just cut back on proportions. ex: if you ate 3 pieces of white bread change that to 2 pieces of whole wheat. I try not to eat after 8 and never skip meals! Also take your lunch to school if you can, cus school pizza can get up too 300 calories per slice! JEEZ!
Also get in some activity... i walk home from school so I burn on average 70 calories per day by doing that (its not a lot but it allows me to eat just a little more ;D)
Also dont exspect to lose all tat weight at once... it took a while for u to gain it so its gonna take a while to get it off.

Well first off you shouldnt be worring too much about weight. Although society has made it that you feel bad about weight and its bad to not be super skinny. 1 week of exercising is NOT going to help. It also totally depends on what work outs you are doing. What you need to do is stay away from junk food. Instead of saying "NO I CANT EAT THAT!" tell yourself you can have this instead. You should also try walking when you feel tired. It will boost any energy and make you feel good and motivated.

One Easy way to lose weight is to eat healthier. I am 12 also and weigh 105 lbs. I used to weigh 130. I am 5 '5 and always felt... puffy. I started to run on the treadmill for 30 min a day. And about eating healthier; it is a good idea to follow these easy tips. • eat less bread stuff. It has lots of carolies •steamed meat and fish has less grease •for breakfast eat activita it is so good and speeds up your digestive system •eat dinner at 6 and then walk around your house. It makes sure thefood doesn't settle into your legs ;) • at school always bring a water bottle. I suggest a camelbak. They have the chewy tip which slows the craving for food • make sure to get I serving of both veggies and fruit with a meat item, yogurt, or fish. I dissagree with the people above... it is never too early to get into shape! Keep it up! You'll be in a bikini ready body in 2/3 weeks!
