One Easy way to lose weight is to eat healthier. I am 12 also and weigh 105 lbs. I used to weigh 130. I am 5 '5 and always felt... puffy. I started to run on the treadmill for 30 min a day. And about eating healthier; it is a good idea to follow these easy tips.
• eat less bread stuff. It has lots of carolies
•steamed meat and fish has less grease
•for breakfast eat activita it is so good and speeds up your digestive system
•eat dinner at 6 and then walk around your house. It makes sure thefood doesn't settle into your legs ;)
• at school always bring a water bottle. I suggest a camelbak. They have the chewy tip which slows the craving for food
• make sure to get I serving of both veggies and fruit with a meat item, yogurt, or fish.
I dissagree with the people above... it is never too early to get into shape! Keep it up! You'll be in a bikini ready body in 2/3 weeks!

its the same here, im only 11 and i weight 120 but im 5' i know im not that over weight and im not fat or skinny i want to be a lil skinny. i have to take a feild trip to hoiday world and im a lil over weight its hard i know its been worse for me to. what im tring is
-NO SODA
- my max on pizza is 2 slices
- 30 crunches and night
- no food after 7:30 pm (unless its a dinner delay)
-only 2 burgers from fast food a mouth
-10 push-ups a day
all you have to do is drinks water a lot its sound weird but trust me it will clean out your insides so that the food that get stuck will not be stuck anymore. I also want to wear a bikini i mean its just not comfortable to wear a one peice or a tankini you know! i just want to not be laughed at. anyway that is all you need to do just have confidence and you may skip the crunches and push-ups if your at a friends. I play soccer, basketball,softball, and track but its not all musule i have if im bored i eat. another thing i saw is tie a ribbon around your stomic not tight a lil lose and when it starts to get like a belt just stop eating. its easy do this for 1-2 months it works. anyway hope this helps bye!

I have the same problem. I'm 12 years old and I currently weigh 140 lb. What I'm trying to do is eat better and don't have seconds at dinner. When I get up in the morning before I eat I do 100 jumping jacks. That is what I'm doing and I'm sticking to it. :)

Well, DONT STARVE YOURSELF GIRL! I was in the same situation (133 lbs) and by doing 50 sit-ups a day (NOT CRUNCHES) eating a little healthier and being active (jumproping in the basement) I lost a decent amount each week. You cant expect to lose weight in just a week. It will be about 3 weeks before you start to lose anything. Stick to the plan and you will be beach ready in about 2 1/2 months =) O and dont worry about what others think of you. :-| :-)

I hear ya, I'm 11 and I try not to eat a lot, but I get very hungry when I do that, and I try not to eat junk and absolute c**p, like McDonalds, WhiteSpot, and stuff. But don't even ask me about Krispy Kream!!! I HATE THAT PLACE!!! IT'S DISGUSTING!!! Well, Anyone who's reading this, I hope you understand. I get teased a lot in school. Especially by this stupid retard "Quintin" In GRADE 4!! I was so shocked, he tried to act like he was SOOO COOL, and call me "So fat" to a 6th grader. And one time a grade 7 pushed me and I pushed her back and she pushed me against a pole and said "Outta my way, fatty." I started crying, I hardly ever cry :'(. That was the first time considering trying to lose a big amount of weight. I am 135-140lb, Last time I checked, I probably weigh more now... Well, I gotta go to sleep. Yay, Monday tomorrow. A whole new week of getting teased about being overweight. Bye...

i hate myself i dont know what to do i 5'4 or 5'5 and i am 145 pounds at the age of 12 i feel fat other people see me as fat 2 i can tell just from the way they look at me. it isgetting bad i play sports i play basketball in winter baseball in spring camps in the summer (sports related) and soocer in the fall i dont know what to do i go crazy i have heard people talk about suicicde because somone thought they were fat and they were bullied i have thought that myself i need help all these people just say your 12 u will grow out of it but i know i wont it just doesnt feel like that my dad is on the heftier side but what really gets me is that my brother who i look just like is so much skinnier!

hi "guest", so if you really wanna lose weight, go for a run every morning, or when you come back from school. if that doesnt help i have this great video thats called "tae bo cardio"... other thing might be to not avoid breakfast... it makes you fatter.... drink a lot of water and replace it instead of drinking orange juice and stuff.... when you get served food, take half of the food off of the plate... i lost more than 5 pounds in two weeks doing that... oh and btw in 12 and i weight 97 lbs :P so im not in the best shape... hope this helps :)
