I understand where you are coming from. I'm 12 and weigh about 140 lbs. I'm the fattest person in the 6th grade. I feel out of place. Just because I'm fat, I get left out of certain games in P.E. Especially Dr. Dodge ball. While were getting in circles to choose the Doctor, I always get pushed out.

im in the exact situation. Near the same weight too! I feel like you should drink lots of water. Also, I've been starting to do some yoga. If you are wanting to start a a certain pace, i recommend doing about an hour of excursize a day. It is very hard to commit, because you aren't use to working out. The begging will be rough, but as soon as it gets into your daily schedule, it'll be easier. Hope I helped! (we can do this together lol XD)

Fellow overweight peeps,
So I am an over weight 12 y/0 and all I want to do is lose weight. Steady exercise, healthy food and lots of water are always the go to way to lose weight. But, we also need to remember that all of our bodies are different and not all the same things are going to work for the same people, so, find your own way and methods that help you.

Hey. I know this is like a year later and you probably won't even look at it but I'm answering any way. I am 12 years old too and my mom knows a lot about healthy stuff so I do too. The most important things are portion control and exercise. Don't eat too much, eat until you are not hungry or full. Also drink a lot of water. 2 great ways to lose weight are by being Paleo and eating for your blood type. You probably have no clue what that means but you should look it up. It really does work! Paleo is more simple and a simple description of it is: grain-free, dairy-free and sugar-free. I am also gluten free which is probably good too.

im 12 and 119 pounds im 20 pounds over what i should be i don't want to lose weight because of how i feel but how i look everyone else in my school has i tighter tummy and i have big legs i sit next to my friend who legs are skinny beautiful legs and i have jelly legs should i say i just wanna have a tighter tummy because i look not has skinny as all of my friends and when i look in the mirror i fell like some else and i did lose 5 pounds but i just cant keep it off any advice

I'm 12years old aswell I'm 5ft 2in and I weigh 131 pounds, I'm not obese but I'm still over weight. I've been researching for quick wight loss and I found a tea cleanse, it looks like it works and you can lose up to 14 pounds in one week!! I'm going to start doing the cleanse in the summer and I suggest all of you guys to do it too since we all have the same goals. I'm 12 years old and I'm 5'2 and 153 lbs. I've been a vegetarian for a month now, and I have been trying really hard to lose 30 lbs, but I keep gaining weight. My weight has been a cause for my suicidal tendencies in the past, and I really don't want to be there again. Advice?

Hi, Casey, my advice for you is that you should keep in mind how different bodies function, I am 12 y/o too and just because you go meatless doesn't mean you'll lose weight. Different things work for different bodies. I suggest u try more than one diet or weight lose plan because you need to find out which one works. I understand it is extremely hard. Lately I haven't been eating much which is bad and I understand so I am trying to make sure I don't starve myself. Ok this part of my reply isn't suggestion or opinion this is fact. You are beautiful no matter what. I personally think this and every sane person should. I wouldn't be able to bare knowing that such a beautiful sweet person was thinking of suicide so please take this fact to heart and remember that somebody, no matter how far, cares.

ok,well what about me. I have worked out for about 5-6 hours for a month now. I havent lost a pound. I feel like i have gained more because i cant run. litterally it sucks. BOYS aremaking fun of me and that is more imbarrising than getting made fun of by girls. I am also 12 and almost ways 200 pounds. WHAT DO I DO. thereis noting i can do and my parents dont help.

I'm 12 and im 150! People call me fat and give me looks. My mom told me that (not all the time but most of the time) Small/skinny girls want to be big and have more weight and Big girls with more weight want to be small and skinny. Don't change for other people! If you want to change how u look GREAT!! If u don't that's fine to! At the end of the day it's your body...not other people's

The best way to loose wheight is not to worry about it just exrezize get active limit tv and sitting around and replace burger,hotdogs,icecrem,soda with fruits and vegtibles
